Easy Travel Tools for Flyers

Easy Travel Tools for FlyersEnlarge Image

We’ve all had the bad seats, annoyingly small leg spaces, the unnaturally cold areas of the plane, and the business class that isn’t business class. Until now, you’ve had to rely solely on travel agents for a seat assignment and accurate calculation of frequent flyer miles. In the last few years, several tools have popped up to help those who travel finds the seats and other amenities they want.

Whether you travel once a year or all-the time, there are a number of ways you can enhance your experience and make it much more comfortable in the process. There are a number of travel related sites that can ensure your trip is virtually headache free, including WebFlyer.com and SeatGuru.com

These vary in what they offer users, but each one is an excellent tool and can help immensely when you’re booking a flight yourself online. Another option is check with the site your booking your trip, because they may have other useful tools. Onetravelsource.com, for example, offers city and state ‘what to do and see’ guides for most of the major and minor cities in the US. They also have a map tool that allows you to see what places and venues relocated near your vacation spot.

Thus there are a lot of options for users to choose from and ensure that they get the most out of their travel experience.

Here are some sites and tools you might use for planning your flight:

WebFlyer.com
Web Flyer is one of the better sites for navigating your way through tricky mileage programs. You’ll find all the information you ever wanted to know about flight programs, benefits, and rewards. There’s a mile calculator, a blackout calendar, and many others.

Most of the information is geared helping you get the most out of your preferred frequent flyer mile program. The site offers tips on taking advantage of myriad promotions, like those offered by your credit card company, and those geared towards restaurants or hotel stays.

SeatGuru.com
Seat Guru allows you to research and peruse the seating maps for major airlines across the globe. The seats bear labels, such as good seat, be aware, poor seat, power port, and more. The maps are quite detailed and seating is color coded to ensure easy understanding. All the rest of the plane sections are labeled as well, including bathrooms, exit rows, and closet areas.

If you mouse over any of the seating areas, a window pops up that describes the good and bad qualities of the seats and whether they have adequate legroom, etc. This is useful for economy through first class, as not all seats are created equal, even in the same class. For example, two seats in the same area may have differences in leg room of temperature. To use SeatGuru.com appropriately to plan your travels, you have to know what airline you’re on and the specific plane model. If you don’t have a ticket yet and are just browsing, they have a comparative list of airlines and give a rundown on the pros and cons of the airline seating layout.

FlightAware.com

They have the stats for every major world airport, such as take-off and departure schedules in real-time, as well as delays and cancellation notices; all you need is the flight number and the airline.

They also offer updates and information on airport activity, such as security waits, check in times, construction, and anything else a traveler wants or needs to know about the airport.

Proven Tips, Tools And Tactics To Produce Seo Friendly Websites

Important Website Search Engine Optimization Tips For You
By Sam D. Mann

PART 2
======

Massive contemporary research has revealed that searchers virtually always click on the top results on the left hand side of the page, and then work their way from first to last of those top ten results to find what they are digging for.

If they cannot get the content that they’re looking for by doing this, at that time they might click on an ad, or they could go to the next page of the results and look at the natural (organic) search results that are featured in positions 11-20 for the word that they searched.

If you can get your website pages into the top ten or twenty of the natural search engine results, the chances of your being able to bring in readers are excellent. Of course, that is everyone else’s aim as well, so the battle for those coveted top ten spots can be tremendously aggressive.

Even with that competition, you have to do everything that you can to have your page featured, and 1 of the ways that you do this is thru the use of what are identified as search engine optimization (or Website Search Engine Optimization) tactics to the development of your pages.

Continuing from PART 1…

Hwere are some Suggestions to assist you in elevating your web page to the top of the search engines.

The Home Page
Your homepage is the most important page on your web page. If you concentrate your most important keywords and key phrases in your homepage many times, the search engines will assuredly notice and index it as a result.

Tip #3.
Your objective with your blog is to rank well for your foremost terms and channel your customers into your website. This means no adsense and no affiliate links for your most important blogs.

There are 2 main areas of attention when talking about how to move your site to the top of the search engines. The 1st are the on page seo factors and the 2nd are the off page seo factors.

The on page seo factors are the easiest and quickest to deal with. So, let us focus our mind on those first. Understand that they are essential but not the most influential. Why? Because in the long run, the off-page factors will have more credence. But, having said that, if your on-page factors are not set up correctly you will more than likely lose a good deal of the benefits your off-page efforts could bring in.

Of the on page seo factors possibly about 4 of these are undetectable to your web site visitors.

The concealed elements are:
Meta Tags. The meta tags are in the concealed code that the search engines can see, but your traffic generally do not see. You need to understand how to “see” them on your site and your competitor’s sites too!

Tip #4.
Do not produce sites that contain only affiliate links and no constructive content that may be of use to your readers. Stay away from padding pages with extraneous words and content. Moreover, do not make numerous pages, subdomains, or domains with significantly duplicate content. Do not cheat your users, i.e. those people that will surf your website by providing them with inappropriate information or fraudulent schemes.

The meta tags include your title, description and keywords. The other unseen item is called an H1 tag. The results of it are visible. Knowing the significance of (and how to use) these TAGS will allow you to produce improvements to your web pages. This on its own will make a significant difference to your page ranking. So keep reading…

The hidden fundamentals to attract the search engine bots to your web page are:
• Title tags.
• Your keywords.
• Your meta description.
• h1 tag.

The observable elements of your page
From a search engine optimisation standpoint, the key factor for any web site is your mixture of keywords. These are important in both the visible and hidden portions of the page. They ought to be in your meta tag title tags, keyword list, description and headline. They must also be on your page.

Critical visible elements of your page contain:
The first 50 words (specifically,) and the full amount number of words altogether. You need to have your main keyword(s) appear in the first 50 words of your page text at least once.

Following the trouble-free tips laid out above, will definitely boost up your traffic and search engine rankings for free.
